Cataclysm Sentence of Jiu Jitsu

If, in some cataclysm, all knowledge of jiu jitsu were lost, and only one sentence could be passed on to the next generation of creatures, what statement would contain the most information in the fewest words? . . .
I started jiu jitsu a few years ago. The fundamentals were constantly stressed. So, I spoke with a handful of blackbelts so they could clearly state the fundamentals to me. Unfortunately many of them couldn’t articulate them and only provided me with a vague idea. So I wanted to find a way to explicitly define the fundamentals of jiu jitsu, starting with the most foundational principle from which all others build upon.
To do this I scraped the social media profile of a jiu jitsu expert, John Danaher, because he is the most knowledgeable instructor on the planet and shares lessons daily on his social media accounts. I processed the data for some NLP analysis. The goal was to find the most informative posts then feed those posts to Google’s BERT algorithm for summarization.
To filter the posts I used lowered, lemmatized, and tokenized the words. Then I created a library with weights. I limited the library to the top 100 highest weighted words. I then scored each post based on the library. I then fed the highest rated posts to BERT to find a summary of jiu jitsu.
